Non-Contentious Construction | Junior-Mid

A market-leading US firm is looking to hire a junior-mid level Associate within the real estate stream, specialising in non-contentious construction.

You will be working on some of UK's most complex and high-profile real estate development, regeneration, renewable energy and infrastructure projects for market-leading PE funds, contractors and giant developers across Europe (as well as Australia & Singapore). There are not many US firms with such strong real estate/construction client relationships that offer opportunity to explore all angles of projects. Although the focus is non-contentious and pre-action work, there is also a real opportunity work alongside prominent construction dispute partners, project finance lawyers and real estate development heads.

This role offers consistent workflow, competitive compensations and clear promotional prospects, given the associate:partner ratio and non-hierarchical firmwide culture of the firm.

• training and experience at a construction ranked firm (L500 or Chambers)
