Manager / Managing Consultant - Business Support

Basic c. £70-95k + OTE

The Role

  • Leading 2 consultants within the Permanent West End Division in a billing manager position.
  • Encouraged to build a larger team once established and with a strong understanding of the business.
  • Developing an already successful Permanent desk currently producing billings of £170k+.
  • Hiring, mentoring, and training future Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants.
  • Playing a key role in the senior management team and participating in monthly meetings.
  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships, developing new business, and maintaining a strong network of clients while attracting top candidates and managing them through to placements.
