1:1 Learning Support Assistant responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to an SEN student in the classroom and throughout the school day.
• Encourage the student's progress and attainment, working closely with the SEN team.
• Support the student s engagement and participation in lessons.
• Assist with behaviour management and help implement personalised learning plans.

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
• Previous experience working with SEN children preferred.
• Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive approach to learning support.

Contract Details:

• Full-time, term-time only.
• Pay: £90-£100 per day.
• Immediate start.
