What will you do?
- You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Estate planning
- Power of Attorney matters
- Tax & IHT
- As your experience progresses you will gain exposure to more & more complex work to include clients of a HNW nature
What will you need?
- To be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executives
- To have completed at least one seat within private client
- Ideally you should have additional exposure to private client work - perhaps from being a paralegal, legal assistant or secretary previously
