Our creative events agency client are based in Manchester, and specialise in the design and production of memorable and innovative events. From conferences and exhibitions to experiential events and product launches, they create engaging and immersive experiences for their clients.

Salary: 40k-45k

About the role:

We are supporting our client with their search for an Event Production Manager to join their team and help bring their events to life. This is a hands-on role that will require you to work closely with the account and creative teams and clients to deliver technical solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical planning and production of events, including audio-visual, lighting, staging, and rigging
• Manage budgets and schedule for technical production
• Work with the creative team to design technical solutions that meet the needs of the event
• Source and manage third party technical suppliers and contractors
• Onsite management of technical production, including setup and breakdown

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical event production
• Strong understanding of audio-visual, lighting, staging, and rigging
• Experience managing budgets and schedules for technical production
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
