Wind Turbine Technician

Job Description:

Take on a key role focused on improving the reliability and health of wind turbines through planned maintenance activities. You will analyse common and major component issues and collaborate with multiple teams to develop solutions. Using advanced diagnostic tools, you'll provide recommendations and maintain a comprehensive alarm database to support error code investigations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure optimal asset reliability and implement condition-based maintenance across the fleet.

- Provide solutions for first-time fixes and support teams using remote diagnostic tools.

- Analyse and predict component failures to improve uptime and reduce faults.

- Prepare and review maintenance tasks, prioritise offshore repair work, and manage documentation.

- Collaborate closely with regional technical supervisors and site teams to ensure robust asset management, focusing on reliability, resilience, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Key Skills:

- Experience with SAP processes, task lists, and scheduling tools.

- Competent and certified in Wind Turbine Safety Rules.

- Familiarity with wind turbine platforms, such as G4 or DD.

- Ability to travel offshore via CTV, SOV, and helicopters.
