### What will you be doing?

This is a senior field sales and business development role. You will carry a revenue target for services, technology and manufacturing sales. You will identify and grow existing and new client relationships for TG0s technology and services. To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to the job. To clients you will convey an understanding of TG0’s complete value across product, design and technology. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary TG0 teams, manage account development efforts, and foster relationships with client decision makers to achieve revenue goals
  • Act as an ambassador for the TG0 brand and technology
  • Building initial and lasting impressions on the front line with clients who are interested in building their products with TG0 technology
  • Create and execute of account strategy
  • Drive the creation, proposal, and winning of new business by matching clients’ needs with TG0’s technology offerings and persuasively presenting the TG0 value proposition; while your primary focus is on new program initiation, you also lead the status of ongoing engagements and building of long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers
  • Contribute to account plans and reviews, reporting, project kick-offs, and key project deliverable read-outs


### We want you to have:

  • Background in consulting sales with a proven track record in leading cross-functional business development processes
  • Prior experience in a design, engineering or new product development agency or consultancy
  • Understanding of the procurement process in Global OEMs,
  • Understanding how a product is created, from concept to manufacturing, common pains for decision makers, past experience working with OEMs to help overcome these challenges and bring product to market
  • Strong business acumen - you understand the concerns a new product and business executive may have, and you can decipher the "business language" to understand how we may be able to translate our technology offering to solve their challenges
  • Network of colleagues and past clients
  • Ability to lead the strategy for a new client opportunity and lead pitch meetings
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments, both with customers and internally - you work to create structure to keep progress going in all the projects you touch, while also being able to stay agile when business can change quickly
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to TG0’s clients


### It would be a bonus if you had:

  • A problem-solving nature that shows itself in the ability to put together large complex proposals (not just responding to RFPs)
  • An MBA or master’s degree
  • Knowledge of and passion for any combination of the following sectors: gaming, virtual reality, consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, haptics, wearables, fitness, capacitive sensors
