We are partnering with an FDA-approved leader in breast implans to hire a Sales Manager for the M1 Corridor and Midlands region. In this role, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing sales for breast implants across the Cosmetic Surgery and NHS Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery sectors.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the aesthetic and reconstructive surgery fields.
  • Upholding the company’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality service and ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving business growth through a proactive approach.
  • Attending industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to expand your professional network and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to provide insights from the field and suggest areas for tactical improvements.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:


  • A proven background in sales of surgical devices, ideally within breast implants or related products such as surgical meshes.
  • A highly motivated, target-driven approach, with a passion for achieving success.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the confidence to demonstrate product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
  • A professional and polished appearance, alongside a strong focus on quality service delivery.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A history of delivering revenue growth and contributing to business expansion.
  • The ability to think strategically and position products effectively in a competitive market.
  • Fluency in business English is essential, as well as a valid UK driving licence.
