This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organization during a significant period of expansion, as they have made substantial investments in their IT Development team to support their ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software solutions using C# and the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
- Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, architecture integrity, and adherence to project requirements.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Entity Framework.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
