NRG is excited to announce our partnership with a rapidly growing sports company in their search for a .NET Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organization during a significant period of expansion, as they have made substantial investments in their IT Development team to support their ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software solutions using C# and the .NET framework.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.


  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.


  • Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.


  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, architecture integrity, and adherence to project requirements.


  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


  • Assist in the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling.


  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.



Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.


  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.


  • Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and Entity Framework.


  • Experience with building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.


  • Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.


  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.


  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
