This is an office based, full-time role in Nottingham, UK.


An exciting new opportunity for someone who is extremely organised to lead the creative services team and oversee the department’s creative output in collaboration with relevant departments. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality creative work while maintaining efficiency and alignment with the company’s goals.


Responsibilities include:


Managing Services:

Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Services Department and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Managing Teams:

Assign teams to projects, oversee their day-to-day performance, and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Managing Resources:

Efficiently allocate creative teams, equipment, and services to maximize productivity.

Managing Projects:

Oversee the workflow, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Managing Budgets:

Track project development and production costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Managing Brand Consistency:

Ensure brand consistency and quality across all formats and platforms.

Managing Workflows:

Identify and suggest improvements to workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Managing Digital Assets:

Create and maintain the online photo library, implementing proper naming conventions for easy access and organization.

Managing Relationships:

Cultivate and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Managing Schedules:

Plan and manage the seasonal calendar of service requirements, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.


Requirements:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with various production processes and awareness of technological developments in the fashion industry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all creative outputs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative software.
  • Flexible and adaptable to respond to the needs of the business.


Package:

  • Competitive.
  • Hours: Mon – Thurs 9:00 – 5:30, Fri 9:00 to 3:00
  • Half hour paid lunch each day
  • Holidays: 28 days per annum increasing with service
