Looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic establishment in the London borough of Haringey
Full time Monday to Friday Between 8.30am-4pm

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills this is really important!
- Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate colleagues and students.
- Outstanding classroom management.
- Highly organized.
- Able to work effectively and sensitively with families to support pupils in school.
- Good literacy and fluent spoken English.
- Working as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
Job Description:
As a Teaching assistant, you will be expected to:
- Teach small groups of students.
- Provide 1:1 support when necessary.
- Encourage students' inclusion in the class.
- Attending and participating in open evenings.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Contribute to the evaluation of support programs by providing regular feedback about the students to the teacher.
