Our subscription-only business intelligence, data and events are trusted by C-suite executives, Heads of M&A, investment bankers, private equity investors, and more. With over 50 full-time employees and offices in London and Mumbai, we are pursuing further international expansion.

Role Overview

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will spearhead revenue strategies across subscriptions, data, thought leadership, and events, working closely with the Founder CEO, Excom, and Board to develop and execute a sales-led growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales-led growth strategy aligned with long-term company goals.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, develop, and scale the sales team, optimizing processes and improving conversion rates.
  • Business Development: Establish new business opportunities with key stakeholders in digital infrastructure, including senior executives and investors.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients to drive new and recurring revenue streams.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with product, marketing, and events teams to develop new revenue-generating products.
  • Market Insights: Leverage data analytics and market research to forecast trends and adapt strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the executive team to identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • International Growth: Lead the establishment of a US-based sales team and make regular overseas trips to support global growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular revenue forecasts, performance reports, and pricing strategies based on market trends.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role in a high-growth B2B business information business.
  • Deep knowledge of M&A and Financing intelligence products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Proven ability to build and scale international sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
