Site Agent (Water) - Exeter

We are looking to procure and experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor - a great reputation across the UK!

You will be joining a really lovely team of people, working for a firm who really look after their staff. Fact.

They have been awarded a large additional amount of work as part of the AMP8 Framework and therefore need an experienced Site Agent to jump on board!

The projects from their Exeter office will range from £500k - £10m in individual value and will cover:

• Large pipelines
• Pumping Stations
• Reservoirs
• Small treatment works

As a Site Agent, you will report to either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager depending on the value and complexity of project and personal experience/ability. Key duties will include:

• Management of site teams - Engineer, Foreman and QS
• Management of specialist subcontractors
• Short term planning
• Client progress meetings
• Engineering and Design Liaison
• H&S
