Electrician

Electrician - We are currently looking for an Electrician in Sutton and surrounding areas to come on board on a brand-new social housing contract (domestic).

The work is carrying out mainly remedials and maintenance works. The Electrician will carry out remedial works following EICR's and complete the required minor works/ installation certificates as required. Replacing Sockets. installation works on LED lighting upgrades and other upgrades. NVQ Level 3 & 18th Edition wiring regs required. There will also be some ad-hoc general building maintenance involved.

This is a full-time contact, Monday-Friday.

180 Per day (CIS).
Van and fuel card provided .

The position is initially sub-contracting but could lead to a permanent contract further down the line if this would be of interest.
