Senior Search Consultant - Executive Search Consultant - Civil Construction (US Market)

Location: Wakefield (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary

Commission: Uncapped (£120k OTE)

Schedule: 4-day work week

About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and experienced Executive Search Consultants to join our team, specializing in the US Civil Construction market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-level recruitment projects and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top-tier executive talent for US-based civil construction firms
• Develop and maintain a robust network of industry professionals
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews
• Manage full recruitment cycles from initial client brief to successful placement
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the US civil construction sector

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Executive Search, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors
• Minimum of £180,000 in YTD billings
• Experience as a full 360 consultant.
• Strong understanding of the US Civil Construction market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in recruitment software and LinkedIn
