Private Client Associate 4 years PQE +

An established, law firm based in Surrey have an opening for a Private Client associate to join the team. The firm are based 10 minutes’ walk to the station, and there is also ample parking. They offer a supportive environment and have a long-standing presence in the local area.

There is an excellent work/life culture and due to the firm being small there is a very much family feel.

The role:

Working in a team of experts, like yourself you will have a key role in managing your own caseload of Private Client matters.

The broad range of work includes:

• Will drafting
• Estate administration
• Estate accounting
• Powers of attorney
• Advising elderly clients
• Trusts
• IHT & CGT advice and planning.

The Person:

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor min 4 years PQE
• STEP/SFE membership preferred
• Personable manner essential for frequent client contact
• Team player
• Ambitious and driven
