Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Management of seasonal international Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Managing Free-On-Board (FOB) prices and selling prices
- Raising and issuing sample orders and Purchase Orders to factories.
- Providing packing instructions for samples shipment.
- Uploading all styles correctly into ERP System at the start of the season to reflect the latest changes and updates.
- Managing from PO to Delivery to the customer.
- Preparing Margin sheets to help with price negotiations both with the factories and customer.
- Creating Items, Sales Order Confirmation/ PO/ PI on - ERP System.
- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of the products.
Skills and Experience required:
- Must have at least 3-5 years fashion wholesale operations experience.
- Good Excel skills – pivot table and VLOOKUP
- Experience in any ERP system
- Quick learner, friendly nature, appetite for growth.
