We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all things FX and driving growth by delivering solutions to clients.
This is not your typical banking role – we’re looking for someone with a non-banking background, who has proven experience managing client relationships and a deep understanding of FX deliverables in a payments environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow client relationships: Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their FX needs are met with world-class service and tailored solutions.
- Be the FX Expert: Act as the go-to person for FX deliverables, staying ahead of market trends, and translating complex FX concepts into actionable insights for clients.
- Drive client success: Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver innovative FX payment solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- What You Bring:
- 7+ years of client-facing experience in FX, with a track record of successfully managing and growing relationships.
- Expertise in FX and payments, with the ability to translate market movements into strategic opportunities for clients.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering top-tier service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and foster trust with clients and internal teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for growth opportunities.
