Role and Responsibilities
- According to the company's EHS and quality compliance rules, develop and compile the team's QEHS control plan and annual plan, supervise the implementation, and be responsible for achieving QEHS results.
- Undertake department indicators, decompose the indicators, develop management methods based on the indicators, and be responsible for the delivery revenue, implementation progress, sub-business achievement rate, payment collection and other indicators.
- Organize and coordinate the relevant business departments or teams in the company to solve the problems of missing process and undefined responsibility in the project delivery process, and coordinate various departments or teams to develop corresponding rules or regulations for universal international project delivery business.
- Improve the supplier directory within the country to support delivery and operation and maintenance business, and realize the proportion of localized personnel and capacity building.
- Develop annual training and personnel capacity improvement plan to achieve team gradient construction and talent reserve for subsequent business growth.
- Establish the project risk management matrix, manage project risks, and take systematic and effective measures to avoid project execution risks.
- Cooperate with the relevant management work of the company and the department, and ensure the rationality, effectiveness and compliance of the project work.
- Develop project product risk control plans and lists, track product risk closure, and avoid quality problems.
- Develop customer relationship management methods, track and solve closed-loop customer needs and problems, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Support sales team to obtain pre-sales orders
- Through the project execution process, can continuously improve the standard of various work of the project, and conduct solidification, inheritance and mechanism construction
Requirement
1. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can work independently in English;
2. At least 5 years of new energy project delivery experience, familiar with the whole process of project delivery and risk, cost control
3. A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, wind power, or pneumatic engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience for bachelor's degree holders and 5 years for those with a postgraduate degree
4. Results-oriented, with strong resilience to pressure, leadership, and team-building capabilities
5. Strong communication, coordination, analysis and fast learning ability, can quickly adapt to the post and promote the development and construction of related business, can extract processes and focus from complex business, form mechanism rules
6. Proficiency in the use of office and project management software
7. PMP certificate is preferred
