Land Manager (Strategic)

Your role as Land Manager with Croudace.

As Land Manager you will be responsible for identifying and securing long term option agreements for strategic sites and managing the promotion and viability of these sites up to outline planning permission. In addition to this you will understand and comply with the operating procedures for the Land Department. Where appropriate put forward for approval by the Director, proposals for changes to work procedures for all activities within remit.

About you

• Degree in a Property related discipline preferred.
• Substantial experience gained in a commercial role with excellent knowledge of planning.
• Entrepreneurial, ability to exploit business opportunities and finding new opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of the house building industry including planning, design, technical matters, land law and contracts, services, finance and sales.
• Previous experience of managing a strategic land portfolio.
