Job Overview:
The Salon Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding MONPURE’s footprint by identifying opportunities, opening new salon accounts, and strategically increasing market penetration throughout the UK. This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with prospective salon partners to open new accounts.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing salon partners.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to maximise client interest and deal closure.
- Provide tailored recommendations to salons based on their specific needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted materials for various customer segments.
- Track and analyse performance; strategise improvements based on trends and results.
- Represent MONPURE at industry events and tradeshows.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, with a proven track record in account acquisition and sales growth.
- Minimum 3 years Experience in the haircare industry
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and sell innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
- A valid driver’s license.
