Do you want to join an eclectic team comprised of PR, marketing, and business development professionals? This firm has a team in London and in New York who specialise in communications for martech, adtech, advertising agencies and more recently retail technology. People remain at this agency for 5-15 years as it's such a wonderful place to work. As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing, communication, and content programme, ensuring that the agency's brand has a strong market presence and the product/service offer is promoted effectively to the different audiences and stakeholders.


You will oversee the agency's website and all ‘owned’ communications channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. You will also be responsible for overseeing all sales collaterals including sales templates, testimonials and case studies. You will help to devise and implement the go-to-market plans for any new products/services Propeller launches (for example HubSpot, LinkedIn paid media services).

You only need to be in the office 8 times a month. They offer great benefits but let’s chat about those over the phone.

To be considered you'll require marketing agency experience and to have demonstrated good tenure in your previous role.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage marketing comms and content plan/timetable. Ensure that correct workflows are set up, deadlines are met and new content is published across all relevant channels in consistent manner, utilising the HubSpot platform.
  • Ownership and maintenance of all aspects of the agency's website; all owned/social channels eg LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram; all podcasts produced by the firm
  • Oversight of the agency's own HubSpot usage, including data management/maintenance, list building and campaign management.
  • Ensure that all Group-wide sales collaterals, templates, testimonials and case studies are kept up to date at all times.
  • Oversight of Google rankings and online presence eg managing reviews and PPC, as well as all third-party online listings eg Drum Recommends
  • Run the agency's own PR programme *, with a specific focus on securing coverage for win stories, securing thought leadership article placements for company directors, and creating/submitting entries for relevant industry awards
  • Help to devise and implement HubSpot go-to-market strategy – including targeting, developing proposals, mapping out our offer and services, marketing and promotion.
  • Help to shape/scope out any new products/services we launch and create the sales & marketing materials for each new product
  • Competitor analysis and market intelligence that will inform marketing communications strategy
  • Help to shape and project manage the agency's own series of events for marketing, branding, network building, and new business engagement with prospects
