We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and will be the main point of contact for the client and client POC's.
```Responsibilities```
- Communicate with and manage affiliates to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand success and growth
- Participate in meetings to build relationships and address concerns
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Assist in resolving any account-related issues or escalations
- Maintain communicative relationship with brand POC’S and TIKTOK AM (LARK)
- Campaign management/enrolment
- Missions & Rewards
- Event management/ enrolment
- Promotion Scheduling
- Weekly KPI reporting/monitoring
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing management, content management and Livestream management
Salary + Bonus
Location: Crawley, Full Time in the office.
