Early Years Recruitment Consultant

IZ Connect Recruitment are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a Early Years Recruitment Consultant. As Educational Recruitment is focused on repeat business, relationship building will be a core part of your success, with much of your time spent on the phone and meeting both client contacts and your supply staff face to face. You will need to be sales focused to stand out.

In this role as an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with new and existing Nurseries
• Regularly visiting the Nurseries, to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.
• Attracting and matching potential Early Years Educators, to Nursery requirements and ethos.
• Advertising on job boards, social media and our website.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Filling Nursery vacancies on a supply and contract basis
• Creating and maintaining relationships and connections with your clients

Desired Skills for a successful Early Years Recruitment Consultant

• A passion for recruitment and sales
• Have an understanding of the Early Years Sector (this is not essential but desired, as full training will be given)
• Ability to multi task
• Working with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure
