The Opportunity: They're seeking an experienced and motivated Senior/Principal Engineer (Building Services - Electrical) to lead their growing Electrical team. This is a key leadership role, where you will manage a talented group of engineers, drive complex and high-profile projects, and play a crucial role in expanding their team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the Electrical Building Services team.
Oversee the design and delivery of electrical services for a wide range of building projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Take responsibility for project management from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
Drive technical excellence and innovation in our project approach.
Help shape and grow the Electrical team, contributing to recruitment, training, and overall development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Proven experience (8+ years) in building services design and project management.
A track record of leading and delivering successful projects within the building services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is an advantage.
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering tools.
