Daytime Healthcare are working with a high end eye clinic who are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join their dynamic team in to work in their Harley Street Clinic. in ensuring smooth patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- To review the weekly update databases regarding consultations
Clinical knowledge requirement: a conversational level of knowledge regarding cataract surgery, laser refractive surgery, cosmetic eyelid surgery, dry eye.
