We have an Electrician vacancy, working for a well established property maintenance contractor, covering the West Midlands and surrounding areas. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanently employed role.
In return the successful Electrician will receive:
Salery per annum: £37,000 - £40,000
Company van and fuel card provided
Competitive hourly rates plus overtime
Workplace pension and annual leave entitlement (20 days + Bank holiday).
As the Electrician you will be responsible for:
Service and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and domestic properties
Attend and repair service breakdowns
Preform responsive maintenance repairs, and fault diagnostics
Maintaining company property (Vehicle, tools, ect.) and following company policies.
The successful Electrician will have:

Level 3 in Electrical installations
Full UK Driving license
Relevant domestic and commercial experience
