Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Management Trainee to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving new business growth by developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional offline marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the offline marketing space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored offline marketing solutions.
• Lead Generation & Networking:
• Drive lead generation activities through networking, industry events, and other channels to grow our client base.
• Sales Process Management:
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to pitching and closing deals.
• Market Insights & Analysis:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry, providing insights to inform future sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong networking skills and a passion for building client relationships.
