You:


As the VP of Sales at Ingredifind, you'll be responsible for all aspects of revenue generation, from managing our sales teams to optimising lead generation and sales funnels. You will be both a leader and a hands-on contributor, willing to dive into the details, sell directly to customers, and coach our sales reps to achieve their best. Your insights will drive our strategy, ensuring that we meet and exceed our revenue targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Hands-On Sales: Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to sell directly to key clients and coaching the team to close deals effectively.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee all revenue-generating processes, ensuring alignment with our growth targets.
  • Lead & Funnel Management: Architect and optimise our lead generation and sales funnel processes to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our sales reps, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Analytics: Develop and implement sales analytics strategies to track performance and optimise our sales processes.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships that will drive revenue and expand Ingredifind's market presence.
  • Collaboration with the CEO: Report directly to the CEO, working closely to align revenue strategies with our broader business goals.


Qualifications:


  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in revenue management, sales leadership, and growth strategy, ideally within the tech or hospitality sectors.
  • Strategic and Tactical: Able to balance big-picture thinking with a willingness to get hands-on when needed.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on driving results.
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in direct sales and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Practicalities:


This is a remote position with occasional travel required. You’ll be joining a distributed team committed to delivering excellence, wherever you are.
