As Marketing Communications Lead you will run the company broker engagement programme for the full product portfolio. The successful candidate will drive and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aimed at individuals, companies, NGOs and government organisations.

Description
- Create and run the broker engagement programme
- Manage the broker email programme
- Manage all LinkedIn marketing including organic posting, community management and paid campaigns
- Produce appropriate sales collateral and content
- Run Webinars to showcase new products, updates and services
- Maintain relationships with industry press across a number of industry publications
- Responsible for overseeing all broker facing content on the website
Profile
A successful Marketing Communications Lead should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Marketing Communications role in the insurance industry
- Experience working with insurance brokers and intermediaries
- Adobe InDesign skills would be advantageous
- A working knowledge of Figma, FigJam, XD, Sketch or Balsamiq
- Ability to run ad campaigns on social media platforms
- Demonstrable agency management experience
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and skills
