I am supporting one of the biggest companies in the South West who are on the lookout for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Second Line Engineer you will be supporting over 4000 colleagues internally and resolving technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team. You will also be configuring and installing hardware and liaise with the 3RD Line team for when you need to escalate.

Skills needed –

• Previous experience working in a 2nd Line role
• Active Directory
• ITIL
• Windows Server
• Experience fixing and configuring hardware
• Full UK Driving license
