Your new role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement is essential. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to both pupils and parents. Developing and implementing strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs is a key part of the role.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
- Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
- Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
