Senior Asset Manager

We are currently working to find a Senior Asset Manager to join the newly created Industrial Arm of a hugely successful and forward thinking Developer and Asset Manager. Having been in business for just shy of 10 years, they have an enviable group of Investors and partners, and have developed a range of award-winning assets. They have a genuine focus on ESG and are looking to bring someone in who can take an early, lead role within the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in Asset Management
• Must have Development Management experience
• Must have experience managing Industrial and Office assets
• London or Manchester based
