Procurement Business Partner (Procurement Manager)


Contract: 9 Month contract (Chance of extention)

Salary: Grade 8a Salary to £60,500

Location: Hybrid - Leeds/London Flexible working across a number of UK office locations


We are working on behalf of a central government procurement function to recruit an experienced procurement professional with a background in public sector procurement. The role will be focused on the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a variety of complex and interesting ICT base projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying requirement of the project with internal stateholders.
  • Assessing most appropriate procurement process to be used, developing the tendering documentation, and assessing frameworks.
  • Negotiatiating contracts and managing through to signiture.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of public sector procurement.
  • Experience of procurement of ICT product and services contracts and categories.
  • Solid, experienced procurement professional, who is self sufficient and a self starter.
