Hays is working closely with a school in Camden that is seeking a highly motivated and creative year 5 class teacher to join their team. The school is a successful, one-form entry Catholic primary school with enthusiastic, hardworking pupils who demonstrate excellent behaviour. The successful candidate will support the ethos of the school, have high expectations of pupils, and be an excellent teacher.
Your duties as a Year 5 Class Teacher As part of your new role, you will be required to: • Prepare lessons, homework assignments and coursework materials
• Develop lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of national examinations
• Evaluate homework and classwork in a timely manner
• Record and maintaining accurate student attendance and attainment records and grades
• Prepare regular reports for parents and attending parent's meetings
• Behaviour and classroom management

What you will need • Qualified Teacher Status • Hold the right to work in the UK • Evidence of good/outstanding school experience placements/observations
