As Procurement and Contracts Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, from securing critical services to driving procurement strategies that deliver real value.
The role
- Leading procurement efforts, ensuring that contracts are robust, secure, and aligned with operational goals
- Collaborating with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan
- Managing the Contracts Library, where you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed
- Nurturing relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service providers deliver what they promise—on time and within budget
- Delivering a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future

- You have experience in managing contracts and procurement processes
- You are skilled at building strong relationships with suppliers
- You have a solid understanding of procurement guidelines, and you’re comfortable leading meetings and monitoring service level agreements
