Senior Test Engineer

Essential Skills:

- Strong proficiency in test automation tools, specifically the Cypress framework

- Experience in frontend functional testing

- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, XRAY, and Confluence

- Understanding of non-functional testing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Solid understanding of various programming languages, particularly JavaScript

- Proficiency in integrating automation tests with CI/CD pipelines preferably using GitLab

- Experience of working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Security awareness and understanding of secure coding practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the E2E testing (Test planning, preparation and execution)
• Test management using Jira X-RAY
• Automate new scripts and the maintenance of the existing scripts. CICD integration.
• Daily / weekly testing progress reporting
• Working with the different internal teams and co-ordination with the 3rd parties
• Defect management (from raising a new defect to its closure)
• Manage and co-ordinate performance, security and accessibility testing as required.
