Junior Bid Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Junior Bid Manager with a creative flair who will be based in Manchester. The salary range for this vacancy will be £35k to £40k.

About the role

Working in a team of 5, you will be responsible for leading the design of tender submissions and business development documents. You will research the client to understand their brand to inject this into the tender submission, attend all kick off and win strategy meetings, collaborate with the technical team to create content, liaise with the relevant people to storyboard video content, liaise with printers to arrange document formatting and printing, produce site graphics, event invitations and business development collateral, build strong relationships with the preconstruction and ensure the bid is created to the highest standards.

About you

You will be a Junior Bid Manager or experienced Bid Coordinator with advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Previous construction experience would be an advantage however my client is open to speaking with candidates from any sector. You must have strong project management skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be able to understand the client’s expectations and deliver a bid that meets those, have a creative flair and a strong eye for detail.
