We are looking for a proactive and experienced Network Service Manager to oversee and manage service operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring optimal performance and availability of our products, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing support to our network of service partners. This role emphasizes operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Ensure high availability and top performance of company-provided chargers and equipment in the designated region.
  • Oversee and coordinate service support activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with and support the local network of service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage service-related activities to maintain a high standard of service quality.
  • Organize and coordinate regional operational tasks to support both clients and service partners.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to reduce charger downtime, escalating issues to headquarters when needed.
  • Lead training sessions for service partners and clients on equipment support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the service team, clients, and service partners.
  • Proactively address and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Promote the sale of services and spare parts to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct service trips as needed to support field operations and client needs.
  • Provide regular reports on service performance and operational matters to the supervisor.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in alignment with the role and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in network or service management.
  • Strong technical expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and service support.
