Mode Search is exclusively assisting a luxury lifestyle and interior brand in their search for Head of Sales.


This brand designs and manufactures its pieces with its commitment to innovation whilst also being suitable for everyday use. Over recent years, the brand has achieved significant growth which is set to continue due to its well-established customer base.


The successful candidate will take ownership of Retail, Visual Merchandising, Trade & Interior. This position is operating at a strategic level with taking full accountability for the UK Wholesale, Contract and Retail P&L.


The Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Partner with customers to identify mutual opportunities and understand their business needs and objectives
  • Able to identify new opportunities and follow them through to positive EBITDA delivery
  • Lead UK Sales teams across wholesale, contract and retail to identify, develop, and refine the pipeline of targeted customers supporting the management of key contacts and building new relationships as required.
  • Ensure we have clear and effective brand appropriate customer communication channels
  • Own and updates the retail operating manual as a blueprint for future store rollouts.
  • Inspires teams to deliver against budgeted sales targets whilst achieving exceptional customer experience.
  • Builds a high performing team - ensuring everyone has clear objectives and goals linked to team targets and the necessary skills, training and support to deliver them.
  • Consistently manages performance throughout the year by providing feedback, support and coaching as required.


Requirements:

  • A proven business leader with broad understanding of Sales, Customer Service and Retail
  • Previous experience in managing teams across various departments at senior level
  • Analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Experience to include senior stakeholder management
