HR Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with CIPD Level 5 or above.

Working within an educational environment you will have a good working knowledge of HR laws. You will be offering guidance and advise to the HR department.

You will be maintaining document templates, to ensure they are in line with contractual and statutory requirements.

Maintain regular audits on educational records.

Work closely with the HR Manager to guide and advise on all HR matters including absence, sickness, disciplinaries and grievances.

Carry out and complete job evaluations and update where necessary.

There are a full range of HR Advisory duties to be carried out across different educational academy sites.
