The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud suite, with proven expertise in configuring and implementing various modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
- Provide expert advice on Oracle HCM best practices and align solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and integrate HR processes.
- Conduct requirement analysis, design, and gap analysis for clients.
- Deliver training and user support for Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM functionality.
- Participate in full lifecycle project implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
