The Role

As a Business Analyst Lead for the large Guidewire ClaimCenter transformation program you will support many of the biggest brands in the UK. You will gather requirements for the Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration workstream and reporting. You will work with customers and identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve their processes across functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define target business requirements including high-level process flows, business rules, documents and user interface changes with focus on overall business flows, screens, and rules.
• Understand customers business objectives & impacted areas for transformation.
• Understand and validate as-Is processes, KPIs and relevant metrics and define Target state operating model, processes & key performance indicators.
• Identify & agree areas of configuration in Guidewire OOTB.
• Create product rollout and data migration strategy.
• Assist in change management strategy.
• Assist in Business Case preparation.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of process modelling techniques. Documentation and visualization skills (UML, Miro)

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Extensive experience with Guidewire.
• Experience in leading requirements stream in a ClaimCenter implementation.
• P&C Industry Certification.
• Strong customer facing skills.

Good to have:

ACE / Professional Certified Guidewire Professional preferred.
