Estimating Manager | Preston | Permanent | Up to £44,000 + bonus
Looking to build your career within Electrical Estimating?
We are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to join one of our Electrical clients and lead on all things technical pricing.
You'll be given the responsibility to manage two estimators as well as lead on pricing strategies for housing installations, and developing detailed scopes of work for EV installations.
Your role will include:
- Overseeing all pricing activities - making sure they’re accurate and competitive.
- Leading a team of two estimators.
- Staying on top of pricing updates to reflect changes in material costs etc.
- Creating technical quotes for EV installation projects.
- Managing costings for housing installation projects.
About you
- Proven experience in estimating or pricing management, must be a qualified electrician.
- Familiarity with housing installation projects, remedial work pricing, and EV installation projects.
- Experience managing a small team or providing leadership to Estimators.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and the ability to price remedial work accurately.
