In this role, you'll coordinate and support a variety of business systems, ensuring seamless operations across over 300 locations. IT Service Desk Support Ideal Profile:

• Experience in a commercial environment, is preferred
• Adept with Microsoft product stack, including Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
• Excellent customer care skills, with effective communication abilities to assist employees in issue resolution and ensure their satisfaction
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional and confident telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft PC and Network operating environments, along with associated applications

IT Service Desk Support Responsibilities:

• Process incoming calls and emails, addressing issues and queries in accordance with defined processes and priorities
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all issues and queries in the IT Service Management Software
• Escalate and manage issues to 3rd party vendors, ensuring all parties receive regular updates on progress
• Provide support for the company's desktop solutions, including active directory, user maintenance processes, and Microsoft Office products
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing of systems enhancements, patches, and bug-fixes
• Assist with the management and record keeping of all IT assets, including hardware and software licensing
