Role Description


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great family-run business that is growing year on year. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable Administration Assistant to join a our friendly, local team in our office in Birmingham. You will be:

  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and by email
  • Ordering materials from suppliers
  • Dealing with suppliers by email and phone
  • Using in-house systems.


Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Experience in the kitchen and bedroom furniture industry is preferred
  • Additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus


Competitive salary offered based on experience: £23,900 - £25,500
