New: Corporate Private Equity / Real Estate – Elite International Firm in London (4+ PQE)

We are working on a mid-senior level Associate position in the Corporate Real Estate team at this elite international firm in London.

The team advises on a range of M&A, private equity, and joint ventures acting for clients in the real estate sector including developments and investment bodies such as REITs and sponsors.

Due to increased workflow, the Partners are interested in recruiting an experienced Associate who can take a lead role on transactions as well as contribute to client management and business development.

Candidates of interest will ideally have the following profile:

• UK or commonwealth qualification, with at least 4 years of PQE
• Working in a competitor Corporate Real Estate team in London, regionally, or internationally, with core corporate expertise ideally including private equity, and high value M&A in the real estate sector
