About the Role:

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintain timelines, all while fostering communication among team members and stakeholders. You will be part of a fast-growing software product company in advanced manufacturing, where you can learn and fulfil your potential in an open, knowledge-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of projects with durations ranging from 1 to 3 months.
• Manage a team of 3-5 delivery consultant.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations and requirements.
• Work with a range of internal resources (product management, engineering)
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by engaging with potential customers to understand their needs.
• Provide insights and support to help secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in software / IT project management or in SaaS onboarding.
• Degree from a top UK University.
• Very personable and bright.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
