The Role:
Overseeing a team of engineers and technicians ensuring they deliver on the project
Overseeing 1 estate with between 30-60 buildings ranging in size
Further training such as IOSH and NEBOSH

The Person:
Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
Holds a UK Drivers License
