Head of Legal (Capital Markets)- Real Estate - 12 month FTC

I am currently partnering with a Fortune 120 Real Estate business in their search for a Capital Markets lawyer to join the team on a 12 month FTC, starting in October/November.

To work at the head of capital markets, you will be working in the private funds space on real estate, debt and equity financing and on the newly acquired investment banking business, as well as some more general advisory for the business. You will manage external counsel for both regulatory and compliance.

This role requires office attendance one or two days a week, although there could be some flexibility on this.
